Before booking this tour, please make sure you read carefully and understand these terms & conditions.

To book this tour, you can send us an email or call us at (+30) 211 411 3224 – (+30) 6936 806 306. During the booking you should give us the names of the people participating in the tour and your contact details (phone number and email).

Minimum numbers apply (5 participants). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

You can book the tour up to 21 days before the start of the tour. To confirm a booking for a scheduled or private group tour and for a tailor-made trip, we require usually a deposit of 30% per person. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Somewhere We Know and you receive a confirmation email.

Payments are accepted through bank deposit and credit or debit card payments and via Paypal. Payments made by credit card or wired to our accounts in Greece are charged in euro.

Canceling your booking with Somewhere We Know can result in cancellation fees being applied as shown below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

– For a cancellation more than 21 calendar days before the tour begins:
You will be charged €30/person for administrative costs
– For a cancellation between 20 to 14 calendar days before the tour begins:
You will be charged a 40% cancellation fee.
– For a cancellation between 13 to 7 calendar days before the tour begins:
You will be charged a 60% cancellation fee
– For a cancellation between 6 calendar days to the day of the tour or after:
You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Somewhere We Know reserves the right to cancel the tour, if the required minimum number of participants (5 persons) is not reached. In such case, fares paid will be returned to participants and every effort will be made to assist you with alternative arrangements.
