“As the owner of a 24-year-old American tour company that operates group tours around the world it was a real pleasure for us to work with Somewhere We Know to put together an exciting 11-day tour in Greece for our clients — our first tour in that country (but hopefully not the last).

We were a mix of couples and singles in our 50s and 60s, and the focus was on history and gastronomy. We had very good local guides along the way in addition to SWK’s own very stellar tour manager who accompanied us every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly as the logistics could be complicated.

There was a mix of high-end restaurants with more casual, down-to-earth places — always with good food! We visited two wineries, marveled at several ancient sites, enjoyed a catamaran cruise, had fun at a cooking class, and more.
