Private tour available upon request! A unique gastronomic experience in an organic farm.

During this day trip, we become acquainted with an Attic byzantine settlement, called Ennea Pyrgoi (Nine Towers). It constitutes a significant core of Byzantine monuments, standing and deserted, located in a beautiful landscape full of vineyards and olive trees. We will visit the church of Panagia Mesosporitissa, and the church of St. Petros dated from the end of the 12th to the beginning of the 13th century and we will admire the unique architecture and wall paintings

Afterwards we share with you a gastronomic experience in a farm with all kinds of Greek nature’s fruits and vegetables. Cold pressed olive oil, rose wine from the Mesogaia region, traditional tsipouro, fresh soft cheese made from goat milk, artichokes from the farms flower beds, wild asparagus from the surrounding hills, herbs and vegetables, seasonal fruits full of fragrance, wild greens and eggs from the chickens are just a few of nature’s gifts that fill our table.

Key highlights of this journey:

– Food and wine experience in an organic farm
– Byzantine settlement of Ennea Pyrgoi
– Byzantine churches of the 12th-13th century
